When I was a little kid I always was very ambitious. This is just one of the features that is still with me. Actually, frankly said not that much changed since then. I know how to deal with the so called human resources, you know? I have the charisma, I have the character, I have all it takes to be a good manager and a boss. But I have to be aware that people that work with me are also really good specialists and experts at what they do.
